DA VINCI TOWER – BUSINESS BAY – DAR AL ARKAN

Dar Al Arkan, the leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia and GCC, has partnered with the manufacturer Italian hypercar manufacturer PAGANI AUTOMOBILI to unveil the DaVinci Residential Tower in Dubai.

The DaVinci Residential Tower is located in the heart of Dubai, directly on the Dubai Water Canal, in the close proximity to the city’s major attractions such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and many other places exclusive lifestyle venues. The tower offers spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Dubai Water Canal.

The prestigious AED 800 million development will feature the world’s first exclusive Pagani-inspired spaces and the the hypercar manufacturer’s bespoke line of interior furniture. The stunning DaVinci tower consists of, high-end one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and a super-luxurious globe-shaped penthouse with exquisite interiors tailored by Pagani.
