What to do in the 6th arrondissement? :

Jardin du Luxembourg : The second largest green space in Paris, it is a jewel of architecture and romanticism. A green space that enjoys an extraordinary location coupled with a centuries-old history.
Created during the 17th century by Marie de Médicis, wife of King Henri IV, who wished to settle away from the Louvre, the garden has retained the pomp and luxury of the French crown. Although it is very popular with tourists, its wide open spaces make it possible to enjoy pleasant strolls throughout the year to discover the sculptures that decorate it. The garden is also renowned for being very “student”, surrounded by numerous schools and universities, including the famous Sorbonne.
Among the works that adorn the garden, you will discover some sculptures made by great names such as Bourdelle, Zadkine or even Rodin. Don’t miss the Medici Fountain, one of the most stunning decorative elements of the garden (on the Senate side).

Jardin des Grands Explorateurs : Also known as the Marco Polo and Cavelier-de-la-Salle gardens, the Jardin des Grands Explorateurs is a pleasant green space in the 6th arrondissement of Paris built at the end of the 19th century as an urban extension of the neighbouring Jardin du Luxembourg.
Today, it is an ideal alternative to the latter if you are looking for a pretty garden, but a more intimate and human-sized atmosphere.

Stroll in Saint-Germain-Des-Prés : From the old quarter of Cluny to the church of Saint-Sulpice, discover the charms of the Parisian left bank and its exceptional heritage, also known worldwide for its intellectual influence throughout the centuries.
